So my mom sent Olivia the funnest valentine and it came with specific instructions: put the two (red!) tootsie rolls in each pocket of her new shirt, and take a picture of the unveiling. Olivia’s never had a pocketed shirt – or the red tootsies – so I love my mom for being such a blast and for wanting photos of Babe’s expressions (Grandma knows that girl can deliver some good ones)…

Then Babe went off to lala land, indulging all the way. Aren’t grandmas the best? I mean, I would have never thought to put tootsie rolls in my daughter’s shirt pockets – just for fun. I so need my mom’s creativity and funness in my life. Wish you were here, Mom! Thank you for being the best. Love you sooo much.
