AGAINST A TWO-YEAR BACKDROP

So we’ve had two whole years of using the same toothpaste, doing our laundry, and sharing one chest of drawers.
Keeping house, going to school, earning money, baby-ing, and more – we’ve had two whole years of working for our family. Two whole years of practicing true sacrifice and service.

Two whole years of some serious laughs, tears (mostly mine – I can be drama), praying, and midnight convos. Two whole years of learning and understanding that love grows from what you go through together.

We’ve had two years of belonging to something good – to each other and to our marriage. The peace and safety that comes with that is something so special. We wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Eternity looks promising set against this two-year backdrop. Three cheers for a happy anniversary!
