Well we have some tasty news…

We had the girls come down the stairs for an “after-Sunday-dinner surprise” a couple weeks ago, and yes, that was their pure reaction to the good news. Filmed raw, filmed live. Don’t ask me why I didn’t think to throw forks on the table when the party got real (must’ve been thinking about the utter hilariousness of those incredible reactions).

We are THRILLED to have this baby coming our way. Even though it’s always juuust a little terrifying to think about the major changes that come with growing your family, if this particular life adventure has taught us anything (and heavens it has taught us everything, it seems), it’s that —
1) You can lose your babies, so be grateful for them. So grateful for them.
2) The heart has an incredible, impressive capacity to grow. There is always more room when it comes to love.
3) Each child brings such individual, paramount gifts to the whole team, you really can’t dwell on the hard work involved with family growth. The happiness that comes in tow is just too good!
Can’t wait to see what this new (currently) 14-week-old Tiny will do for the crew.

Congrats! Your kids are the luckiest. I hope your pregnancy hasn't been too hard yet! And I totally agree about the joy and unique goodness each child can bringing- it totally trumps any of the difficulty that also comes with them.
Kerri! You absolute sweetheart. I love that you asked about the pregnancy – thank you! It hasn't been too hard yet (COUNTING my blessed stars over that).
