frozen chicken tenderloins + sweet barbecue sauce
Combine in a baking dish | 400 degrees | 20 minutes

This chicken is called "faux" because it's the farthest thing form barbecued, but despite that it's a chef and crowd pleaser. My nieces and nephew this week reviewed it as being "too good to be true!" (although I'm pretty sure their mother has made this for them). After trying it Wednesday, they asked for it again on Thursday, and that says a million about this dish in my book. 

The how-to: spread the sauce over the chicken, bake, and enjoy. On a salad or in a sandwich are two tasty meal options. 

Keep the baking time to twenty minutes and the chicken will be moist! Yes, kid-tested and harried-lifestyle approved, this bbq chicken is sweet.
